Terms of Service

Last updated: January 1, 2026

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before registering for any bootcamp, program, or event offered by National Investor Agent Association LLC. By completing a registration or purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

1. About Us

National Investor Agent Association LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") is a Texas-based education and coaching company that provides live virtual bootcamps, training programs, and resources for licensed real estate professionals. Our programs are designed to help agents understand real estate investing strategies, build additional income streams, and operate ethically within their licensing framework.

2. Educational Purpose — Not Legal or Financial Advice

All content delivered through our bootcamps, programs, emails, and materials is provided for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing we present constitutes legal advice, financial advice, investment advice, or real estate brokerage services.

Real estate investing involves risk. Results vary significantly based on individual effort, market conditions, experience, and other factors outside our control. Any case studies, deal examples, or income figures shared in our programs represent specific situations and are not guarantees of your results.

You are responsible for consulting with a licensed attorney, financial advisor, or your state real estate commission regarding any legal or compliance questions specific to your situation and state.

3. Eligibility

Our bootcamps and programs are intended for adults who are licensed real estate agents or brokers, or individuals otherwise qualified to participate in real estate transactions in their jurisdiction. By registering, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to enter into this agreement.

4. Registration and Payment

To secure a seat in a bootcamp, you must complete the registration form and pay the applicable registration fee at the time of sign-up. Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor. Your registration is confirmed upon successful payment.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to change pricing for future events at any time without notice. Price changes will not affect confirmed registrations already paid.

5. Refund and Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our content. If you attend the full live bootcamp and do not find the training valuable, you may request a full refund within 48 hours of the final session by emailing [email protected]. Refund requests submitted after this window will not be honored.

To be eligible for a refund, you must have attended the live sessions. Refunds are not available for registrants who did not attend and only watched the replay. We reserve the right to verify attendance records.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

6. Event Access and Delivery

Upon completing registration, you will receive a confirmation email containing your unique Zoom access link and event details. It is your responsibility to ensure you receive this email (check your spam folder and add [email protected] to your contacts).

Bootcamp sessions are delivered live via Zoom. All registered participants receive access to session replays within 24 hours of each live session. Replay access is provided as a courtesy and may be time-limited. We are not responsible for technical difficulties on your end such as internet connectivity issues, device incompatibility, or failure to access the Zoom platform.

7. Rescheduling and Cancellation by Company

We reserve the right to reschedule, postpone, or cancel a bootcamp event due to unforeseen circumstances including but not limited to technical failures, low enrollment, illness, or force majeure events. In the event of a cancellation by us, registered participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer their registration to a future event.

8. Intellectual Property

All content delivered in our bootcamps — including slides, videos, frameworks, templates, scripts, deal analyzers, and written materials — is the proprietary intellectual property of National Investor Agent Association LLC and is protected by copyright law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use bootcamp materials for your own personal and professional development. You may not:

  • Record, reproduce, or redistribute any session content without written permission
  • Share login credentials or replay links with non-registered individuals
  • Use our materials to create competing products or training programs
  • Sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit any of our content in any form

Violations of these terms may result in immediate removal from the program without refund and may be subject to legal action.

9. Code of Conduct

We are committed to maintaining a professional, respectful, and ethical learning environment. All participants are expected to:

  • Treat fellow participants, instructors, and staff with respect
  • Refrain from disruptive, harassing, or discriminatory behavior during live sessions
  • Engage in good faith and with genuine intent to learn
  • Uphold the Ethical Investor-Agent Code introduced during the bootcamp

We reserve the right to remove any participant from a live session or revoke replay access for conduct that violates these standards, without refund.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, National Investor Agent Association LLC and its members, managers, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your participation in our programs or reliance on our content, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your participation in a bootcamp shall not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable event.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless National Investor Agent Association LLC and its members, managers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms of Service or your participation in any real estate transaction following attendance at our programs.

12. Testimonials and Marketing

If you provide a testimonial, review, or feedback about your experience with our programs, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that content in our marketing materials, website, social media, and promotional communications. We will not use your full name without your consent but may use your first name and general location.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Texas.
