Erika Butler didn't start in real estate. She spent years in the medical field — working hard, burning out, and wondering if there was a better path. When she discovered real estate investing, everything shifted. She didn't get her license to be a traditional agent. She got it to be a better investor.
That decision changed everything. As someone who understood both sides of the table — the investor's eye for value and the agent's toolkit for executing — Erika could look at every lead differently. She knew when to be the agent. She knew when to be the investor. And she knew when to be both.

Either way, I make money — and the seller is always happy." For over a decade, Erika has operated at the intersection of licensing and investing, building a portfolio across multiple strategies and coaching hundreds of agents to do the same.
She founded the National Investor Agent Association because she kept seeing the same pattern: agents with massive untapped potential, held back by misinformation, fear of their own license, or simply not knowing where to start. NIAA exists to fix that.
